In the whole process from establishing communication between us, to the successful completion, we follow the code of ethics of the National Real Estate Association, of which we are full and licensed members.

What are we NOT?

We are not one of those agencies that "make their living" by insidious practices without respecting the work and time of others.

We are not one of the agencies that will call you constantly and aggressively try to reach you. We will never allow ourselves to speak disrespectfully to you - because we do not accept this way of communication with each other.

Our goals and motivation:

• To save you valuable time, from the beginning to the end of the process we work for you - from consultation to finding the perfect home and shaking hands to buy!

• To support together the Bulgarian market and economy - as young people who are left to live and develop in Bulgaria, we are motivated to give our best to live in a better country! Because we know that change comes from each of us - and if we want to live in a better world, we must be the example and change we want to see.

• We know that the profession of "broker" is not well received by many people in our society due to incorrectness and greed from the so-called professionals in the industry, so we aim to provide high quality service to each of our clients and little by little to change the negative attitude through good example and practice.

• To develop a legally regulated procedure for practicing our profession, for which purpose we are officially licensed to the register of the National Real Estate Association and active participants in the preparation of a bill on the subject.
